This traditional stone house has been fully renovated for your comfort. On the ground floor, you'll find a living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a large table for 5, and a lounge with a sofa and flat-screen TV. There is also a bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed. The bathroom on this level includes a shower, sink unit, and toilet. Enjoy the terrace at the entrance and the shared garden for outdoor relaxation. Upstairs, a loft space designed for children (maximum height 1.7 m) features a sleeping area with a 90 cm bed and a play area. Bed linen is provided, and towels are available for an extra charge. Heating is included, and a wood stove (first basket of wood provided) adds to the cozy atmosphere. Public parking is 50 m away. The property is 10 km from Largentière, where you’ll find shops and services. Pets are welcome for an additional cleaning fee. L’Adrienne Guest House welcomes you in the heart of the village, just steps from the church and main square with public parking, pétanque court, and a green area with tables overlooking the landscape and distant hamlets. A charming, authentic little village. This large stone house, typical of the region, has been fully renovated. On the left is the owners’ residence, below is the guest room, and on the right are two small holiday cottages. The garden is shared with the cottages. You can relax here; table, chairs, and sun loungers are available. L’Adrienne Guest House accommodates up to 3 guests. Access to the room is via a few steps. You’ll descend into a vaulted room with exposed stone, serving as a small lounge, then enter the bedroom. It features two beds (one double, one single), a small desk with courtesy tray (tea, coffee), a table with chairs, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Breakfast is served at Sophie’s, the owner, or in your room or the garden when the weather’s nice. Sophie can also prepare a picnic or an aperitif platter (available for an extra fee) and offers table d’hôtes dinners in winter. Public parking is 50 m away. Bike storage available.
